Important Stuff You Need To Know

We like to take a few moments to chat and make sure your gymnast is in the class that's best for them

• You can sign up at any time of the year. We'll just prorate your fee
• Classes start August 31st
• Class fees are due every ten weeks
• You can choose to split the ten week fee into two payments if you like​
• 1 hour classes; $210 every ten weeks (or two payments of $105/$105)
• Yearly membership is $40 per gymnast (covers insurance)
• A forward roll is on the ground. A somersualt is a flip in the air. Grandma is wrong. Correct her next time she says "show me a somersault" (But don't be all sassy about it. She's still your Grandma.)

4-1/2 to 6 Gymnastics Classes - Boys & Girls

Now we've got more confidence. It's time to develop an understanding of technique. These guys can handle a little more structure. Classes now run for one hour. We will still do a brief warm up and then challenge them with all kinds of creative developmental exercises using jump ropes, hoops and a bunch of other fun stuff.

After about 15 minutes of tumbling on the floor (handstands and cartwheels and such) we head off to the apparatus. We always do two weeks of beam and bars and then a week of rebound challenges on the trampolines, tumble track and vault. We are now starting to focus on correct technique. We will encourage gymnasts to start and finish skills with good form and "stick" landings.
